Shipping and Returns


Shipping

Standard shipping is available to the contiguous United States, FREE!  No codes needed.  

We will make every effort possible to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.  We ship USPS mail and you will receive an email containing the tracking information as soon as it has shipped.  

Should you need to make an update to your shipping information, please contact us via email at customerservice@thelittleclothingco.com or phone, 309-263-0886, as soon as possible.  We'll make every effort to correct the information if the order has not already been processed.

Returns

Returns can be submitted for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the item.  Products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached.  We reserve the right to refuse or issue partial refunds based on the condition of the item.  Please enclose the original receipt with the order number to expedite the return process.  Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

If a defect in the product or a shipping error has a occurred (we carefully review everything, but something might get past us!), please contact us immediately via email at customerservice@thelittleclothingco.com prior to returning the item. 

Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defect or error.
